Description

This fun course takes you around the world of Mammoths, Sabre toothed Tigers  and Giant Sloths. As you wind your way around the slalom poles, keep an eye out for the ever hungry squirrel and his acorn.

Follow the ice covered glacier and up to a plateau with stacked logs. Launch your self off the ledge and bounce over a family of Mammoths, careful not to skim mummy mammoth as you land.

Swerve through more slalom poles and jump an abandoned acorn and another baby mammoth squirting water. Then up to another plateau.

Zig zag over piles of logs and then decent to the iceberg pool. Finish the course by jumping the every hungry squirrel and a giant acorn before descending down to the start line.

Tips

  • When you leave the ice pool, the pesky squirrel can be difficult to get over.

Return to Frilly Valley

History

Originally Return to Frilly Valley was 4 separate courses called Frilly Valley Race Course and consisted of two that were with snow and two that were with Grass. As with many courses they have been modernised and with these courses, one was chosen and renamed to “Return to Frilly Valley” when it was modernised.

Description

Return to Frilly Valley is a simple cart track taking you through a snowy landscape. The course is navigated with a speedster cart and as many ponies know, these can be difficult to keep on the ground when moving at speeds. There is a total of only 8 gates, however this is not an easy course and requires a light touch on the cart, With some practice a good knowledge of where the obstacles are will lead to improved times The open nature of the course can mean it is difficult to navigate around. The starting point has heavy snow fall making the beginning quite slippy. The path way leads around snowy hills and rocky cliff faces and is set with wolves and wild ponies.

Keep to the track lest you get eaten by the wolves.

Thoroughbred Requirement: 104 seconds or less with rider, no faults.

Tips

On a perfect run can be done in about 95 seconds.
so take your time and stop at each checkpoint and a line yourself for a second.
